1. How to Make Shatavari Milk
- Heat milk (nut milk or cow milk, as per your choice) in a pan
- Add half a teaspoon of shatavari powder to a mug
- Pour a dash of warm milk on the powder
- Mix it to make a paste-like consistency
- Add a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon powder & a sweetener (optional)
- Now, add the remaining milk to the mug
- You can use the coffee beater to mix it properly
- Drink it every night, and you will see the effects within a week
Note – You can also slow cook shatavari powder in the milk for better benefits.
2. How to Make Shatavari Tea
- Put half a teaspoon of shatavari powder in a mug
- Add hot water to the mug
- Let it steep for a few minutes
- Strain the water and drink the Shatavari tea before sleeping
- You can add sweetener of your choice along with a pinch of cardamom or cinnamon (optional)
The best option is to take it with milk, as it increases the benefits of Shatavari manyfold. However, if you don’t drink milk, shatavri tea is a good option, or you can take it with ghee.
