- Apply a few drops of any facial oil on your clean face, and spread it evenly.
- Use the pointy side of your washed and cleaned gua-sha stone and move it in small circles, just to stimulate the fascia below.
- Take the gua sha in the directions shown above, repeat each stroke 5 to 10 times.
- Be gentle in terms of pressure; less is more in the beginning.
- You can wash your face afterwards, or you can choose to leave it like that if the oil has been absorbed well into your face.
3. Apply DIY Masks Weekly To Tighten Your Face

Some of nature’s gifts are known to tighten the skin and keep the wrinkles at bay.
Although they are no Botox, they are still effective, that to without any side effects.
As they are natural ingredients, you won’t see much improvement in one go, but using a DIY skin tightening mask weekly is going to give you golden results.

You may call me crazy, but it relieves the stress big-time!
Stress is the number one cause of wrinkles and stress lines on various parts of the face.
Getting a monthly facial will not only relieve tension from your face but also provide a thorough cleaning, pampering and massage too.
Just choose a good salon with excellent hygiene, and a place where you are comfortable, and the staff is experienced too.

5. Follow Good Skincare Habits to Treat Facial Skin Sagging

Good habits are still valued, as what you do every day matters the most.
Keep at least ONE of these ingredients in your skincare routine if you are above 30 –
